What is the minimum age to attend an event of E&A Events?

The minimum age at most events is 18 years and older. In some cases, E&A Events organizes events for all ages, which will be mentioned explicitly in the event description.

When will the timetable be released?

The timetables will be released on our social media channels a few days before the event takes place.

Which artists are performing?

You can find the full line-up of every event at the event description on our website.

Is there a dress code?

We do not have a specific dress code for our events, but we do encourage you to dress up nicely!

I lost something at the event, what should I do?

Please send us an email the following working day to info@ea-events.com with a clear description of the things you lost and your contact information. You may also contact the venue directly, since they are in possession of the lost and found items.

Can I bring a digital camera?

You are allowed to bring a digital camera or a GoPro camera; professional equipment is not allowed. However, if you want to bring a professional camera to the event you must obtain press accreditation, please email info@ea-events.com for further information. It is not allowed to bring a selfie stick or tripods to the event.

A photographer took a picture of me, but I can’t find it on the website or Facebook page.

Our photographers take hundreds of pictures of which only a small selection will be shared online. It is possible that your picture did not make the cut.

Can I work as an ambassador?

Yes, some events work with an ambassador program. If so, we will mention this in the event information on our website.

Where can I apply for photography and press accreditation?

Please send us an e-mail to info@ea-events.com. Do not forget to include your portfolio and information about the media platform. We only accept larger media platforms and experienced photographers.

Where can I buy merchandise?

Official merchandise is on sale during the events. If you cannot make it to the event, you can also buy merchandise online via www.dldkwebshop.com or the webshops of our other events.

Can I bring my medication?

If you need to take medication due to health problems or other reasons, you need to be in possession of a valid medical certificate or doctor’s statement.

What are the rules about (soft) drugs?

E&A Events has a zero-tolerance policy in every country. This means no soft- and hard drugs are allowed. If drugs are found on or with you, you will be handed over to the police.

TICKETS

Where can I buy tickets?

The safest way is to buy your tickets directly via our website. On our website under the menu item tickets you can find further information about buying a ticket.

Do I have to print the tickets to enter the event?

No, it is not mandatory to print the tickets to enter the event. However, you need to make sure that the ticket code is clearly readable on your phone or on printed paper.

What are the advantages to pre-register for an event?

After you pre-registered, you will have a chance to buy early bird tickets before the official ticket sale starts. You will receive an e-mail once the sale starts, please keep in mind that this e-mail may end up in your junk-folder.

I bought a ticket but I didn’t receive an email including the ticket yet. What do I need to do?

No worries. Some emails of the ticket providers could end up in your spam inbox. If you already checked your spam inbox and still not received an email, please contact the relevant ticket provider where you have purchased your ticket. Include your booking reference number and full name when you contact the ticket provider.

Can I refund my ticket if I cannot make it to the event for any reason?

E&A Events works with a non-refund policy and therefore it is not possible to refund the ticket.
